• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any bottomless tattoo session.
• Valid ID: A government-issued photographic ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) must be presented upon arrival to verify age.
• You must be able to attend the studio in Manchester to receive your tattoos. 
• Bottomless tattoos are served Tuesday-Saturday between 12-7pm. You may find that there is a short wait to accommodate your session.

1. Non-Refundable: All bottomless tattoo session purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once payment is complete.
2. Expiration: Your session must be scheduled and used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited without refund.

1. Flash Menu Only: Bottomless tattoos are limited to designs from our patchwork flash menu. No custom designs or alterations are available under this offer.
2. Comparative Coverage: References to “full” or “half” sleeve are intended only as a guideline to approximate coverage on an average-sized arm. They do not constitute a guarantee of full or half sleeve completion.
3. Sizing Constraints: We reserve the right to decline sizing a design too small if it would compromise the tattoo’s healing or longevity.
4. Excluded Areas: No tattoos will be placed on fingers, the front of the neck, hands, palms, or faces under the bottomless offer.
5. Placement Considerations: Difficult or sensitive body areas (e.g., torso, ribs) may result in fewer designs being completed due to extended tattooing time and additional care required.

. Session Logistics

1. Timely Arrival: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your session without refund.
2. Early Arrival: You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your allotted start time. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to wait in our upstairs bar or coffee shop.
3. Consent Form: You will be required to fill out and sign a consent form before any tattooing begins. Failure to complete this form will result in cancellation of your session.

•  We do not tolerate harassment, threatening behavior, hate speech, or abusive language directed at staff or other customers.
• Respect for Staff & Clients: Discriminatory remarks or gestures concerning race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited.
• Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is visibly intoxicated or unable to consent safely to the tattoo process.
• Property Care: Please respect studio equipment and property. Any intentional damage or vandalism may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal action.
• Consequences of Misconduct: Anyone found in violation of these conduct guidelines may be asked to leave immediately, and any paid fees will be forfeited.

• Studio Policies: All standard hygiene and safety practices apply, including sterile equipment and single-use needles. We maintain a clean and compliant environment at all times.
• Aftercare: Proper aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect healing and the overall result of your tattoos.

• Artist Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse service if any design, placement request, or behavior violates our professional guidelines or safety standards.
• Conduct Violations: As stated in the Studio Conduct section, if a client’s behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or well-being of anyone in the studio, we will discontinue the session immediately.
